Damaged or Defective Products
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if you receive a damaged or defective product.
To be eligible for a claim:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photo/video evidence of the damaged product and packaging must be provided
- The product must remain unused and in its original condition
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, at our discretion
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Flammable liquids or gases
